jolys_fr_fix:
Fixes vehicle [b]radial menu crash[/b] with Filibuster in Build 42.17
Gas check is buggy due to 42.17 update and as been disabled with this fix (returning nil to mod).
This quick and dirty fix makes V-Menu useable again.
Refueling, Refueling from Container, Towing, Trailer, etc everything seems to work properly :)
Only refueling from the Fueltruck is disabled until I find a proper way to adress this issue aswell

jolys_fr_fix_propane:
you can now [b]fill propane containers from the propane truck[/b] again. 1 fill should withdraw 80l (?) of propane from the truck, as you can fill a torch 8 times from a full propane bottle. (please comment, if that is allright??)
Made the propane fix standalone
