[B42] Simple Item Spawner MP [FORK]
Project Zomboid Build 42 item spawner fork with multiplayer-safe server-side spawning.
Features:
- Faster item browser with cached search/sort data, smoother large-list scrolling, amount selection, and minimize support.
- Works in single-player.
- Works in multiplayer with server-authoritative item spawning.
- Multiplayer spawning is restricted to admin, moderator, or AddItem-capable roles.
Notes:
- Requires Build 42.13 or newer.
- Install on the server and on all clients for multiplayer.
- Intended as an admin-style utility, not a general player crafting/spawn mod.
