Introduction:
The Phoca-Class Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) is a high-speed, amphibious hovercraft developed by Alarice (me :3) to transport just about whatever you can fit on the cargo deck. Vehicles, people, weapons and general equipment (or just 2 ISO containers) fit on the cargo deck and can be comfortably transported from shore to shore or ship to shore. Capable of speeds over 70 knots, it traverses water, deserts, plains, beaches and ice sheets to access 70% of the maps coastlines.

This allows the Phoca to transport most cargo that you`d find around Sawyer.
[*] Fully adjustable cargo ramp with several different configuration that can be changed easily from the bor or bridge to adapt to most terrain and landing sites.

[*] Two water cannon turrets controlled by the operator seat in the bridge let you fight most fires from the comfort of your seat.

Note:
This vehicle is a bit wonky due to the nature of stormworks physics. i recommend to plan your route carefully. slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
Avoid bumpy terrain as the skirt often "catches" on sharp ledges. The LCAC works best on deserts, plains and ice sheets. NOT on a hillside.
I also recommend to turn vehicle damage off in creative since it isnt IF the skirt gets damaged its WHEN.

Credits:
My hovercraft uses a modified version of WH1T3_No1SE`s "Breeze class" hover controller and propulsion.
Some props are from Kahrstroms KO Ultimate Exterior Decoration Pack and i used controllers from the Naval Suite Pack aswell.
