Based on the old cheating mod Zspawn, I have rewritten a mod adapted for version B42 to achieve similar cheating effects (adding items by clicking).
This mod is only available in single-player saves.
There is a bug with icon display, but it does not affect usage.
How to use:
Press the "F8" key in the game to bring up the item menu.
Left-click with the mouse to add items to your inventory.
