Inspired by [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3549854404] Chest Hair Tattoos by BOT Ghostie [/url] and general lack of body hair in the game.
I lack knowledge on coding so I have no idea on if it's possible to limit certain tattoos to body types, right now hulk body type needs lots of work but it's all enough for my own playthrough.
I may add more if I get inspired :P
