Adds a very powerful melee weapon made from a custom resource. The custom resource is rather expensive to craft as the weapon is rather powerful. The weapon is "Stuffable" meaning if you have a custom metal mod, you can make this already mighty sentient weapon, even more lethal.
There is a Frenzy mode after 5 kills in quick succession that will give the weilder a good, but shortlived, boost to speed and pain tolerance. The Cleaver also has a [b]kill counter[/b] built in.
