Filibuster Rhymes' Certified Used Cars - B42.17 Fuel Tank Fix

Fixes the FindVehicleGas nil error introduced in B42.17. The 42.17 update changed cell:getVehicles() from a Java list to a set, breaking the fuel truck refueling feature in Filibuster Rhymes' Certified Used Cars (NWBear's port). Load this AFTER the main FR mod. Will become obsolete once NWBear updates the main mod. Disclaimer: This fix was almost entirely made by Claude (Anthropic's AI).
