Removes reverse werewolves from VRE lycanthrope. Also incidently fixes a harmless error on load and adds lycans to pirate and outlander factions. Reversed werewolves are Wolfmen who turn into Lycans during the day. Its a common complaint about the mod but it is intentional. This is just for people who don't like that. This mod does that by removing the transformation genes from Lycans. Lycans will never transform into wolfmen unless they were originally a wolfman.
