About this mod:
This mod makes your diet actually matter by having a simulated gut health, and adds two of the most basic human needs, urinating and defecating.

FEATURES

[*] Fully simulated gut health that tracks what you eat and drink over a period of time, and either improves or damages your gut health based on what you've eaten.
[*] Good gut health gives higher endurance regen and slower fatigue, bad gut health gives the opposite.
[*] Food related illnesses. Eating too much greasy/sugary/fat foods or drinking too much soda too fast can cause stomach cramps and heart burn. Consistent bad diet can cause frequent diarrhea or constipation.
[*] Bladder and bowels that fills up as you play. Drinking and eating will fill it up faster, with simulated digestion meaning it's not an instant fill when you ingest something, but builds up faster the more you eat.
[*] Urinate and defecate in toilets, on trees or bushes, in a fluid container, or on the ground. Where you relieve yourself matters, use toilets to avoid unhappiness, if you can't find one then a tree or bush is better than just out in the open. Make sure to wipe using toilet paper, rags, socks or towels to avoid a mess after.
[*] Control system for bladder and bowels. Based on what you eat/drink, your health, traits, and panic level, you have varying control over your bladder and bowels, which makes you more or less likely to have accidents.
[*] System for urine and feces getting on clothing. Visible dynamic stains for urine and feces on clothing. Leaving soiled clothing to dry can cause permanent damage to the clothing and the stains won't wash out.
[*] System for urine and feces getting on your body. If you don't clean urine or feces from your body in time, then you can get a rash that will turn into an infection.
[*] Custom smell system. Soiled clothing, unflushed toilets or urine/feces on the ground will leave a bad smell that attracts nearby zombies. The smell travels realistically in buildings and can be cut off by closing doors.
[*] Custom UI as a tab in the health panel. Track your intake, see your current gut status, your control level, any illnesses or statuses. Also take actions like checking your pants and wiping/washing yourself.
[*] New items. Medications and supplements to help manage your gut health and illnesses.
[*] Custom animations for all actions.
[*] Sounds for all actions.
[*] New moodles and traits.
[*] Fully MP compatible.

1. Go to the sandbox settings "LS:HB - Hygiene and Cleaning"
2. Set "Bladder Need Multiplier" to 0
3. Now our mods are compatible

Is it safe to add mid-save?
Yes it can be added/removed mid-save with no issues.
How do I wash pee/poop out of clothing?
If it's pee, just water at a sink is fine.
If it's poop, you'll need water and soap.
Or toss them in the washing machine.
