Halno's Simple Swamp Cooler
A simple, effective and aesthetic solution to keeping your rooms cool year-round without having to worry about keeping wood stocked!
Effectively an upgrade to the passive cooler, vanilla-friendly and based on real-world technology.
This mod was devised after I was growing increasingly frustrated with how bad the neolithic passive coolers looked in my high-tech gravship, while still not wanting to create horrendous hull weakspots by placing actual coolers. The other workshop options available with a similar premise were either too overbuilt and exaggerated or just simply did not meet the aesthetic I was going for.
The industrial-tech swamp cooler requires the air-conditioning research, uses steel as fuel (30 steel every 6 days), and each is about twice as efficient as a single passive cooler. It shouldn't be incompatible with anything (though don't quote me on CE,) and should not cause any performance issues as it is effectively just a passive cooler reskin.
