Towin'n'Rollin
Ever noticed how easy it is to tow a Step Van and how smoothly it rolls? This mod makes every vehicle roll as smoothly and be as easy to tow. That's about it.

Notes
- Sets stoppingMovementForce = 1.0 for every vehicle (including modded)
- Does not change any other vehicle stats
- Can be added/removed to/from existing saves, works in Multiplayer
- Should work with everything, load it after other vehicle mods
