Despite a recommended crew of 2, almost all features of the plane are easily done by one person making it suitable for multiplayer, even against much more advanced vehicles.
The radiator is not suitable for full throttle the entire time but if you fly at about 75% throttle it will be fine. 100% is ok but only for less than 10 minutes.
