Removes Weather Overlays for clearer Joris' in all weathers. Now using Harmony to patch Verse.WeatherWorker.DrawWeather() so that all weather overlays, including modded ones, should be removed.
Helps remove compression artifacts due to rain/fog when posting to video sites (YouTube).
