The Ostauto OmniCity is a 37 Seat, plus 1 disabled seat, Double Decker bus. The OmniCity was designed to be used for Local Service routes, specifically for operators of the OmniLink on Express Services, allowing for parts commonality to cut down on maintenance. The OmniCity also improves upon the Atlantean with it's higher capacity, and Disability Accessibility Regulations compliance, the stair case has also been improved sitting at a shallower angle.
Seen here is an example of the OmniCity in Merlin Travel Livery, with no advertisements on the sides. 15054, the real vehicle this specific example is heavily based upon started life with Stagecoach London, before being Transferred to Stagecoach East Scotland, and then eventually being purchased by Merlin Travel where it returned to its traditional red colour scheme and is used primarily on school services. Unlike the real vehicle, this one does retain its original Stagecoach Fleet Number.
It features an electronic destination board, in an accessible white on black background making it much easier to read in sunlight than the pre-existing Orange on black, pre-programmed with the following routes:
0 - Not In Service
7 - Holt Town/North Harbour
101 - Holt Town/O'Neil Airbase
121 - Holt Town/Fishing Villiage
131 - Holt Town/Dean Hall Mining Company
This model features three destination boards (Front, Rear, and Left).
This vehicle is fundamentally the same as the original. The most noticeable non-cosmetic change is the lower deck windows are one block taller.
HOW TO USE:

[b]STARTING ENGINE:[/b]
- Enter bus by pressing the [b]DOOR OPEN (5s)[/b] button to open the doors for 5 seconds.
- Open the cab with [b]DRIVER DOOR[/b]
- [b]BATTERY BREAKER[/b] On
- [b]ENGINE IGNITION ON[/b]
[b]GETTING IN GEAR:[/b]
- The Bus starts in [b]PARK[/b] as indicated on the Gear Display, this gear automatically applies the Handbrake.
- To Enter Drive Gears press [b]UP[/b] on your Arrow Keys whilst in Park, or whatever you have bound Axis 4 to, the Gear Display will change to [b]1[/b].
- To Enter Reverse Gear press [b]DOWN[/b] on your Arrow Keys whilst in Park, the Gear Display will change to [b]r[/b].
[b]DRIVING:[/b]
- Use [b]W[/b] to Accelerate and [b]S[/b] to Brake.
- Use [b]A/D[/b] to Steer
- [b][1], [2],[/b] and [b][3][/b] control the Turn/Hazard Indicators, remember to cancel them when you don't need them again.
[b]ELECTRONIC DESTINATION BOARD:[/b]
- Ensure [b]BATTERY BREAKER[/b] is On.
- Flip [b]DESTINATION BOARD POWER[/b] switch.
- Enter one of the above Route Numbers (0, 7, 101, 121, 131) into the [b]DESTINATION CONTROLLER[/b] Keypad.
- Use the Arrow Buttons to scroll through the available Destinations.
