From 1.4 these changes have been implemented in the original mod by Jecrell
- Replaced the overwrite with patches instead
- Laser guns should now have mass of 30 kg instead so Elders can take them on caravans. Via Duke of Chutney.

Allows Elder Thing race to use other weapons besides Elder Thing Laser Gun. Increases lifespan by 10-fold.
