The LC01 was orginally made to be a land crawler but I normally do rescue missions and I loved the vehicle but it wasn't suited for rescue so I made some changes like :
- New and improved bilge systems
- More fire supression
- More bridge control over saftey systems
- A lot more fuel with two more Auxilliary tanks
- A main gun at the front
- 20 functional missiles and a lot more non functional
- A modified helicopter made by 454ss
- A proper sealing cargo lift
- Better sonar, radar and beacon systems
- Better capabilities in water and low light boating
- A dedicated fire water tank
- The buttons for SINK and SELF DESTRUCT
- C4 and weapons
- Autopilot
- More lights
- Flared and emergency beacon and coordinate transmitter on channel 505
- Lockdown button
- And maybe some other things I can't remember
It is relatively simple to captain especially in the water where we now have a sticky throttle and Whack ALs HUD which helps greatly with monitoring the vessel. The main gun is operated from the radio operators seat. The autopilot can work a bit funny in comparison to others but it does work where you can switch between radar/sonar/ELT to autopilot in the Bridge.
The bridge was never fully sealed so I added some simple doors so that if the bridge gets water in it it wont flood the rest of the vessel. I also noticed fuel economy isn't great so I added aux tanks which do work especially when you have to fill up the helicopter which now has winches to lower into the ocean to fight fires with. It was never stable in heavy waves so I added an intermediary oxygen tank to feed the engine for when the normal air intakes are underwater. There is also a wee generator on the helipad which dosent work right now. The self destruct and sink buttons are located behind the engine under the driveshaft.
