Hediff Resource Framework
Hediff Resource Framework adds a variety of functionality and features to hediffs using a new custom hediff class, HediffResourceDef. This framework does nothing by itself, but when combined with a mod that is configured to use its features, it is capable of a number of new features and mechanics.
