Adds goats that faint at random.
Because I can, and they're cute.
They're literally just carbon-copies of Vanilla goats, but spawn with a hediff that occasionally makes their Moving 0 for a short time.
When a goat is fainting, all colonists within a small range will get a small (+3) mood buff for the next day.
And yes, I know real goats don't faint for several hours, but if I only had them faint for a few in-game seconds you'd never get to see it.
