The DM-19 Nuclear Engine startup guide:
Start up the reactor from either the Control Console or the reactor in the back of the train.
Set the max temperature to anything around 300 and a max of 450 to prevent damage.
Wait 3-4 Minutes for the reactor starts to produce power before applying throttle.
