Better Talking and Hearing Matters 2.0
REQUIRES nothing (except Core, of course).
This mod allows you to override the maximum capacity factor effects for social and animal skills, allowing greater than 100% talking and/or hearing to increase their effectiveness. Using the mod's options, you can change these values from 101% to 400%. The default options set both to 150%. You can also turn off the overrides for talking or hearing, if you only want one or the other.
Update: No longer requires HugsLib. HugsLib settings from the previous version of the mod will automatically be loaded into the new system when running the new version for the first time, so don't worry about redoing them. Additionally, the new version also now loads stats affected by talking or hearing dynamically, meaning stats added by a other mods will also be affected.
