Helmet On Draft

Pawn automatically equips helmet from inventory when drafted and removes it when undrafted; putting it back in their inventory. Now your pawns will look less like drones, yay. There is 2 toggles in the mod settings if for whatever reason you wish to disable something. [b] How do I add a helmet to a pawn's inventory?[/b] You could use 'Pick Up and Haul' or some inventory mod for the option to take things into pawn's inventories. Though, it's not absolutely necessary, while a pawn has a helmet equipped you can draft then undraft to have them store their helmet in their inventory. [b] Is this instant?[/b] No, normal equip and unequip delays are still there. This just automates a process I found myself doing manually because I feel like pawns lose character if I can't see their hair/beards/face outside combat. Also making helmets transparent or instantly switched on/off is just cheaty IMO. Once drafted, you'll need to wait for pawns to equip their helmets (dependent on the item's equip delay). If you can't wait or don't want them to equip their helmets you can interrupt them by making them move or giving them any other order, they will leave their helmet where it is (i.e. on their head or inventory). [b] Will they equip from storage? [/b] Gear up & Go is probably what you want for that functionality. This mod should work fine with that one. [b] Uhh... My pawn is HOARDING helmets, what's up with that? [/b] I need to look into a fix for this, but until then, you can avoid this by assigning an [i]Outfit[/i] to your pawn that doesn't allow armor headgear. Instead, force them to wear the helmet you want them to wear then draft and undraft so that it ends up in their inventory.
