Doesn't really need a description. It is what it says, a random value generator. It will simply pick a number between x & y every z ticks. (can be disabled by setting to 1. A minimum of 1 is required. Refunds will not be given if the person gets frusturated and breaks it due to it not working with a value lower than 1. This is your problem. We do not care.
