Outpost Manager

This mod creates a menu that lets you manage your outposts.
Clicking the headers will sort the list according to the header.
Clicking the icon on the left will take you directly to the location of the outpost.
Clicking Rename, will rename the outpost.
Clicking the target in under selection will allow you to change the target.
There is a little clean up I need to do, but the mod should work for what it does.
