Unintelligent Global learning -7.5%, Research -5%, Psychic sensitivity -25% and Decreased intellect by -4 5. Forgetful Increased skill loss 6. Weak Decreased melee by -4, Pain shock threshold -30% and Incoming damage +25% 7. Experienced Combatant Melee increased by 3, Aiming time -10%, Shooting accuracy +3, Move speed +0.1, Mortar miss radius -0.1 and Mental break threshold +8% 8.
