Wardroid Advanced Shield Belts

Tiny patch mod containing one xml file to patch the wardroids from Neceros and NotFuji's androids expanded so they can wear the advanced shield belts from dninemfive's advanced shield belts mod.
For those yearning for an explanation as to why this is necessary, Wardroids use a clothing whitelist system to limit what they can and can't wear. This patch adds the modded shields to this list. Should be loaded after both of the aforementioned mods for obvious reasons.
