Replaces psycasts from Royalty with PsiTech's implementation of psionics, while retaining other features of the DLC. Now you can use PsiTech and still have Royalty's non-psionic features without having *two* overpowered psionics systems at once.
This means there's no psycasting. Mods that require psycasting won't work. Mods that have a mix of psycasting and not-psycasting features should work, but the psycasting features won't work. If you see any mentions of psycasting or related terms they are a bug.
