Navry Tweaks - Capes and Armor
A package of my own personal tweaks and compatibility patches with Layers: Capes and Armor.
My focus was on making various ideoligion clothing capable to be worn over helmets, and shifting various items around to give the Outer layer its own identity in civilian clothing. High tech items that cover your eyes are actually worn over your eyes and not your forehead, wow! It should be possible with this to wear an Authority Cap, Gunlink, and (non-prestige) Marine Helmet simultaneously.
[b]Update:[/b] Now allows upperHead only helmets to be worn with the gas masks from Biotech!
And in theory any modded mask that only rests on the face and does not cover the Full or Upper Head.

Theoretically compatible with Combat Extended, as nothing substantial is changed, though there might be some fussing over the Layers on certain apparel items.
This mod now makes a small adjustment to the humanlike bodyplan, removing the Brain from being covered by the "Eyes" bodyPartGroup. This change should be mostly invisible and unfelt; so far as I am aware, the only consequence of this will be that sunglasses no longer provide armor when you get shot in the back of the head. Doing this was critical in being able to wear masks and helmets on the same layer, so please forgive the intrusion.
