This is a simple texture mod that replaces the vanilla faces with higher resolution, restylized versions. They have subtle variation in eye and eyebrow shape.
I recommend you use Camera+ and a mod that fixes HD textures.
1.3 eye prosthetics should still look okay but I will probably retexture those in the future, too.
