v0.6.0 update:
- Fixed "Error Code 1 / 0x0 resolution" crash on Windows paths with spaces, apostrophes, or Unicode (OneDrive-redirected Documents, usernames with spaces, etc.). Requires PZFB 1.7.0+ which ships the fix.
- Added Sandbox Options page "PZEMU - Retro Consoles" with Console Spawn Rate Multiplier and Cartridge Count Multiplier.
- Three bundled homebrew NES games (Chase, LAN Master, Zooming Secretary) now spawn in loot.
- Extended fuzzy ROM matcher: Roman V-X, diacritic strip, article drop, em/en-dash normalization.
Multiplayer note: each player runs their own emulator instance locally (frames are not network-synced). Both PZFB and PZEMU must be installed on every client.
ROM Setup:
Place your own legally obtained ROM files in ~/Zomboid/PZEMU/roms/ subdirectories:
nes/, snes/, genesis/, gb/, atari2600/, gg/, sms/
For legal ROM dumping from original cartridges, I highly recommend the Retrode,
it plugs into USB and lets you rip any cartridge you own, super simple and easy and legal!
Requires PZFB (Video Framebuffer) mod version 1.7.0 or newer.
***You MUST follow the setup instructions in the Video Framebuffer Mod or this mod WILL NOT WORK***

P.S. Tested in Linux only. I do not have Windows because Zombies can get through them.
I tried to make it cross-compatible but cannot test what I do not have. Feedback welcome!
