The frequency hopping radio is limited to channels 0-9, but hops between them fast enough that nobody can spy on your conversations.
To set this up, turn on the frequency hopping, enter a number, and press the save key button.
There are 6 keys to the frequency hopping function, so after you save one, press the cycle key button to select the next one.
Both radios need to have the same keys in order to communicate.
