RAVEN INDUSTRIES - Condor Mk 2 (WIP)
I liked the idea of Planetside 2' Galaxy craft and attempted to recreate in a way that I've envisaged. I got so far ans started to neglect it but hoping that someone out there can make better use, or complete it and to re-upload onto the workshop.
The design is watertight so can land on water,I did have a top hatch but removed it. 5 seats for pilot, co-pilot, master pilot, engineer and nav/engineer but should be able to be flown with 2 crew effectively. with the rocket boosters I'd imagine it can be space worthy but someone better than I will need to add and code their way around that.
The craft comes with a few weapons
- 2 x Gatling guns in wings for anti ship strafing
- 6 x Rocket puds in wings
- 2 x hard points for missiles
With a weight of around 16,000 kg and a costs in the region of £177,000 so late game, still not completed but end result to be able to carry containers, modular pods, lift heavy equipment, be able to VTOL and potentially act as a spacecraft as well. Able to fly with 1 engine, the other 3 are for survivability and VTOL.
