Removes Electricity research requirement to build ordinary conduits.
In fact this mod does 3 things:
1. Unlocks 'Power' building tab without 'Electricity' research.
2. Unlocks All conduits without research.
3. Locks Hidden/waterproof conduits under 'Electricity' research.
That's because they are parented to ordinary conduit and had no research prerequisites at all.
