Overview
Adds a series of buildings and items from Minecraft’s ProjectE mod to the game, allowing you to convert unwanted items into EMC and use EMC to obtain new items.
An item’s EMC value is comparable to its market value; the Transmutation Table can only produce items that have been transmuted before; EMC is not counted toward colony wealth.

A: Yes, and there is a toggle option to count “EMC toward wealth” to help balance the mod.
