- Revolution : A colonist has a low chance of causing a revolution. Part of colonists is replaced by another ideology, and the dissident becomes the bishop of the new ideology.
Putting someone suspected of being a dissident in prison will prevent you from starting a revolution.
- Report : If the revolution attempt fails, information on the perpetrator will arrive. 50% chance of accurate information.
- Perfect Report : Found a sure dissident.
- Ideology drone : The ideology of the colonists changes little by little. Can change up to half of the maximum colonists.
