Fire Engine LF 20 (Loeschgruppenfahrzeug 20)
What is this Vehicle?
The LF 20 is a German standard fire engine designed primarily for firefighting operations. It is built according to the DIN 14530-11 standard and is equipped for rapid water supply and effective fire suppression. The vehicle typically carries a crew of nine (a full firefighting group), including the driver and commander.
The LF 20 features a high-performance centrifugal fire pump capable of delivering 2,000 liters per minute at 10 bar pressure. It also includes a water tank with a minimum capacity of 2,000 liters, often more depending on regional requirements. The vehicle is equipped with all essential firefighting gear, including hoses, nozzles, breathing apparatus, and tools for basic technical assistance.
Unlike the HLF (Rescue Fire Engine), the LF 20 is not primarily outfitted for complex rescue operations but may carry limited rescue equipment. It is commonly deployed in rural and urban areas where large volumes of water and a strong pump are essential for firefighting tasks.
Important side Info:
I tried to make it as realistic as possible and at the same time i tried to include as many useful funktions. There are some things that are realistic that i had to just paint because its not in the game. Others i had to built much larger that IRL because its Stormworks. But the Hull is like over 90% realistic. It has a lot of funktions and some of them are also useful for carreer mode (please read Control Infos before using it in Carreer). [Side Note: I also added some unrealistic funktions, so its more useful in Carreer (e.g. Transponder Locator)]
Control-Infos:
- Almost everything is Button Controlled and everyting should be named (if not write me)
- If the pump is active driving is disabled
- the motor must be on if you wanna use the pump
- It is designed for a minimum of 2 people some funktions will be harder to use if alone
- like i said i tried to make it realistic if something doesnt work think what would be realistic. For example if you want to start the generator you need to pull it out so the heat and exhaust dont build up.
- It is very compact i would recommend to test every feature in creative before using it in carreer.
- There are connectors near the generator. These should be later a help to put the port. Lightpole back because it is quite a thight fit. The Help you can connect isnt on the vehicle, there will be a clean up vehicle later that helps you to clean up the place of action faster and easier.
