Originally I updated the mod to work with v1.3. I do not know if this version will work with earlier version or not, so go get the original for v1.1 and 1.2. To make it work, make your pawn wear at least ONE forced item. Pawn can wear many things that were not forced, but you need one forced item so that you can then go to assignment and CLEAR all forced wear. Clearing the forced makes an explicit, specific outfit with everything the pawn is wearing at the time you cleared. Get it?

Reset forced apparel creates a new unique outfit policy per pawn.
Create Outfit Policies Per Pawn
Have a selected pawn force wear each piece of apparel you would like to be in the policy. In your assign tab at the bottom of your screen, reset the force apparel. Doing so will update/create an outfit policy specifically tailored (no pun intended) to that pawn.That policy will ONLY contain apparel that the pawn is wearing at the moment (forced or not).
Tested and working with modded apparel.
If you are having trouble getting it to work, follow the two steps in the screenshot.
