WakeUpWakesUp is very simple, any pawn with the anesthetic hediff can be immediately awoken with a dose of wakeup, it doesn't affect addiction chance or overdose though so be careful.
The C# for this mod came from ma1ta's "WakeUpX", however it wasn't updated to 1.3 and I wanted the effect to apply to normal wake up so I made this.
