This mod adds in an orbital artifact trader.
They have various artifacts, every skilltrainer/psytrainer, luciferium, techprints, and psylink neuroformers.
They also have a decent bit of silver.
I do not know how this mod would work without royalty, as it is royalty that adds in psylink neuroformers.
It would be helpful if you could tell me any mods that are incompatible and any mods that are compatible.
Save game compatible. Probably safe to remove too, but don't quote me on that as I haven't personally tried.
This mod is literally just an XML file. If you manage to make it break something I will be impressed.
