42m diesel steam electric hull design

Hull Length: 42.25m Hull Width: 10.25m Mass: 56.280 Top Speed: 25kn Cosumption: around 500l/h, 20.000l diesel tank bow & stern thrusters 1 x Diesel Furnace 1 x Boiler 10 x turbines(individual turbines can be shut off in the turbine room) 10 x large Generators, producing 491Swatts each 9 generators are directly fed to the propulsion motors without buffering. Generators must be running to move the ship. 1 generator supplies domestic power. Controls: Start/Stop Generators. Boiler is preset to 120°C. Turbine Speed is set to max. power output. After a couple of minutes the turbines reach full power. Ship speed can be adjusted in various ways. Adjust propeller RPS. Spins the prop faster or slower without changing temperature and steam settings. Adjust Turbine Speed to increase/decrease steam supply to the boilers. Lower steam supply, lower power output, lower speed. With the audible feedback of the spinning turbines, this is quite nice. Increase/Decrease boiler temp to regulate system pressure. Runs fine between approximately 115°C to 120°C. Lower temp, lower pressure, lower speed. All controls are accessible from the wheelhouse. At the back of the wheelhouse is a dial showing the currently available propulsion power, if below 1, increase temp or steam supply undless you chose to run with a lower setting to reduce max. speed. No interior whatsoever, I was just interested in the steam system. Feel free to use it as a foundation for your creations, if you like.
