A simple patch mod. Version 2.8.15.21
The goal of this mod is to
A. Learn modding better.
B. Make sure your tribals don't know how to make guns before they can smith. (Or even make bows for that matter.)
Detailed changes:
- Moves the start of the BA tech line to Medieval (Sorry spooky tribal gunmen.)
- The start of the BA techline requires "Greatbow" and "Smithing" to be researched first.
- The first real gun tech now requires the thunderer tech to research. No making guns before you make guns.
- Jezali Muskets are moved from the crafting spot to the smithy. Stop making your starter guns in dirt please.
Compatability with VFE - Medieval:
If you have VFE - Medieval installed, the patch will completly stop tribal raiders from using guns past the
Jezali. Unfortunately this cannot be ported to vanillia since vanillia does not have a "RangedMedieval" tag for
spawning pawn's weapons.
Bug Fixes (Tech Patch):
(These are bug fixes for this mod.)
- I've not had any bugs reported yet, if you see one feel free to yell!
Bug Fixes (TBA):
(These are bugs that I /think/ were in the base version of TBA, little stuff that got in my way.)
- Fixed mass of the short wheellock musket from 3.55 to 2.55, I don't think they should've been heavier than the long version at 3.0, And they're now compatible with default Simple Sidearms.
