[Obsolete] Cannibal Ideologies Will Wear Human Leather
Cannibal ideologies for some reason avoid wearing human leather unless you force them to wear it (or they have the cannibal trait), even though it makes them happy. They will instead prefer to wear the 14% awful cloth. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but here's a mod to make them not go out of their way to avoid human leather apparel.
