ReclaimFabric - 1.3 Update

Upon further playthrough, I've found this mod conflicts with [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2567877605]Recycle This[/url]
Using the Recycle order from that mod on an item will result in the pawn endlessly stuck on the job
Either way, having either of these mods will do the trick, just depends on whether you want to have recycling done through bills (this mod) or through orders (Recycle This).

Allows tailors to reclaim fabric from clothing. This is done based on the hitpoints of the apparel and the skill of the tailor. Highly skilled tailors will be able to reclaim more fabric and leather from tattered apparel. This replaces the 50% of stuff you would get back that is used in most salvage mods that simply set "smeltable" on apparel, which i find OP.
