this vehicle is mostly identical to the fuel tanker, holding around 5000 units of water. the only difference being the pump to refill the tank with water. on the driver side of the vehicle there is a panel with "winch up, winch down, and mag release" buttons, those are for the device hanging on the passenger side. you use the tank simply by attaching a hose to the rear and hitting the "pump out" button. to refill simply drive the vehicle to a nearby body of water, hit the mag release button and the "winch out" button. this will allow the port to drop away from the vehicle and once you let enough slack out of the winch you can pick up the port and simply drop it into the water. then on the rear of the vehicle hit the "pump in" button which should allow the water to begin filling the tank. once done simply hit the "pump in" button again to turn off the pump and hit the "winch in" button to retrieve the port from the water, and reattach it to the mag connector.
