Pick the Acolyte trait to spawn with an ancient amulet. When your health gets low enough, the amulet saves you from death once, killing everything near you. It has limited uses and breaks when spent.
This is a work in progress. Currently only prevents death from zombies ,disease and injuries. Does not protect against car crashes, falls, or other instant kills. More to come.
