All I did was take only the propane tank tile, add the same properties as the original tile, and add the other 2 codes and map in the same mod folder, without needing the original dependencies.
What is my goal?
My goal is to replicate the excellent idea of Melos Propanes and add functionality to the Melos Tiles Propane Tank, which Melos Propanes Stations populate around the world, [b]but only downloading the necessary tile, without having to download the 1.6GB of the original mod.[/b]
Compatibilities:

I did some adjustments to make it work on multplayer, but did not had the time to fully tested it.

This mod will not be able to be enable together with the originals, for obvious reasons.
For multiplayer, don't forget to add the map in the map menu. As Freebird-550 said, the order should be:
