T-12500D MX Advanced Gas Turbine (12.5Kw + rps)
The Velkonian T-12500D MX is a both powerful and advanced gas turbine engine.
Features:
- Regenerative "Braking", if RPS is above the target, the generators will kick in to slow it down
- Large power generation
- Engine RPS control
- 4 different engine modes:
Parallel: Outputs both RPS and generate power (power generation amount depends on battery charge)
Boost: Outputs rps and has increased torque thanks to an electric motor
Series: Solely outputs power
Quiet: Engine is off, powered by electric motor
- Smart automatic switching of engine modes (toggleable)
- Simple interface
- 2 Built in medium batteries
Bounding box size: L = 4.5m, W = 3.25m, H = 2m
When you download this vehicle, you will get: One turbine that can easily be copied over into your builds, one turbine that is connected to a controls + testing interface, infinite fuel is required to run the testing turbine since it isn't connected to fuel.
Connections needed for the turbine to run:
- Fuel
- Instrument panel for mode selection, easiest to copy it over from the testing interface
- Engine on toggle
- Engine throttle
- Clutch from transmission to wheels
- Electricity
- Vehicle's average battery power.

Loosely based off of the VH-3-185 (control modes) and the AGT-1500 (some of the looks)
This isn't an actual gas turbine engine, since that isn't a feature in stormworks, instead a jet engine is used to emulate this.
