she was built in the late 30s. used as a troop transport to Cary about 20 troops cared medical supplies and was hit by a torpedo but was able to get to shore and beached. then 10 years later the ship was finely finished repairs and started ferrying people across rivers and lakes. then retraining to cargo service transporting goods like food and mechanical parts. then in 2008 the Frekoni went missing in the area the Baslamore was passing threw and came to the Sean after getting the call about the missing ship to find the huge modern liner capsized and sinking. the ship rescued people in the water but could not rescue anybody in side more ships arrived at the Sean a small boat caring blow touches came in hour later but the liners engine room blew up 30 minuets after capsizing some people got out thew the gaping hole in the engine room the keel was ripped of in the explosion. but the Basamore rescued 20 or 30 people the hold was crammed full and the deck was to every room besides the engine room was full. three other ships came but one rescued seven people who made it threw the capsized ship and seven more were rescued 50 or 60 were rescued from the ship and waters in the end 70 were found but 1200 were missing. 2016 the Balsamore retired and became a museum and every year on that horrible night she goes on the same voyage she did back in 2008. to remember all those lives lost.
