Skill Ceiling Override

Even the most demanding vanilla recipes (ship components, gravcore parts, bionic prosthetics, prestige power armor) don't need to exceed level 8. So why should mods? Skill Ceiling Override lets you set a global cap on all skill requirements across the game, vanilla and modded alike. If a mod demands level 15 to craft something and your cap is 8, the new requirement becomes 8. Lower requirements stay untouched.
