Allows you to sell a colony to a non-hostile faction via the comms console.
Requirements:
- Target faction must not be hostile
- Colony wealth must be at least 20 000 silver
- The base you want to sell has to be empty of all colonists
- You need another colony so the payment can be sent
On sale:
- The base transfers to the buying faction
- You receive silver equal to 50% of colony wealth, sent to a base of your choice (the percentage can be changed in the settings)
- The sold base becomes a normal faction outpost and can be raided later (The base will be regenerated into a new and different faction base, i will maybe update it later so its the same base)
