PBIS (Point-Blank Interception System)

The Point-Blank Interception System is a ship-mounted interception unit meant as a last resort against anti-ship missiles, containing one radar with a 45 degree FOV and full vertical FOV (and built-in tilt stabilizer). This system is meant to stop anything exceeding a closing rate of 60 meters/second (changeable). However, this can only reliably hit projectiles moving slower than 150m/s (and even then it is a 50/50 whether or not it hits). To activate it, all you need to do is power the radar. if you want to tune it; Tick Engagement Urgency: how long to wait before saying "this is a good target" Shoot Delay: how many added ticks of delay between the turret starting to aim and the missile going off Max Distance: the maximum distance the radar with attempt to shoot down a target from Min Closing Velocity: How many meters per second the target must be approaching the vehicle for for it to shoot it down Predictive Averaging: just used to try and get radar to lead ahead of the target Averaging Samples: Increasing it makes the radar take longer to identify targets (higher might require a high tick engagement urgency) but makes the data it sees (obviously slower but also) more reliable.
